EXPO 2016 Antalya Brand Information Document
My greatest contribution to EXPO 2016 Antalya was the Brand Information Document. This documentation was a structural detailed resource of over 350 pages in which I collected, combined and organised the data that formed the brand of EXPO 2016 Antalya.
Description
The idea behind creating such a document was in my concern to unify all the information about the exposition into one concrete resource that would communicate the same language with the most up to date information. From the most basic information to detailed explanations, I gathered all types of information about the Exhibition from all departments, participants.
This resource was used by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, EXPO 2016 Antalya Agency, outsource companies and subcontractors. The documentation which mainly served as a reference document for the EXPO 2016 Antalya brand was used for other purposes as well, such as in the education of the staff on the exhibition site (such as the tour guides).

- Getting the final approval of the relevant people before publication within the corporation.
- Keeping track of changes that occur and updating as the exhibition was a living, constantly developing event during the 6 months it was held.
